Hello! We are Kristin and Casey! Thank you so much for taking the time to find out a little more about us. We know we can’t possibly express everything about us in a couple of short statements, but we hope that our love for our family, our love for others, and our dedication to each other and this precious child that God has planned for our family shines through.
We are excited about the decision to grow our family through adoption and believe it is a huge honor and privilege to become adoptive parents. We were blessed to have our miracle son Jefferson and love him more than words can express. However, we absolutely cannot wait to share this love with another child, and we thank you for the brave decision you are making for your child by considering adoption.
We have been married for four years, having met later in life, but are excited about spending the next fifty more together! We both come from strong Christian homes and have been blessed with families who provide us with unconditional love and support. We even have a tradition of eating family dinners once a week with both sets of our parents.
Casey works in the healthcare industry and is the most genuine, hardworking, and selfless husband and father. He is like a big child himself when it comes to playing games with our son, teaching him sports, taking him on adventures, or just dancing around and being silly.
Kristin has been an elementary school teacher for over fifteen years and now teaches Pre-K at our church preschool. She has always had a heart and love for teaching children and for helping them through the joys and tears of life. Her most important job is striving to be the best mom and Godly example to our son.
Jefferson is our happy, energetic, and loving two-and-a-half-year-old boy. He is curious about everything in life and has such a fun personality. He loves to sing, dance, laugh, play outside, and constantly asks to have a brother or a sister. He has the most tender heart and will be the absolute best big brother!
Our faith is the most important part of our life. We are very involved in our church where Casey is a deacon and we both sing on the worship team. The most important value we want to teach our son and future children is to above all be kind and loving to other people- no matter their color, background, beliefs or differences. We will always encourage our children to be whoever they want to be, and we will stand by their side through every success and failure in life.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our family. It is such a blessing to know that this child that God has for us is already so loved and has been covered with prayer. We are so grateful for the opportunity to become adoptive parents!
