Newborn Adoption

At Florida Adoptions, we specialize in newborn adoption, guiding prospective parents through the process of adopting a baby typically under six months old. We begin by helping you research and understand various adoption options and agencies.

Our team connects you with the resources for a home study to assess your readiness, which includes interviews and home visits to ensure a supportive environment. You’ll then create a family profile to present to birth mothers, highlighting your values and lifestyle. Once you’re matched with a birth mother considering adoption, we facilitate the placement of the baby, often occurring at the hospital shortly after birth.

Our legal team will navigate the necessary steps, including obtaining consent from the birth parents and managing court proceedings to terminate parental rights. After placement, we ensure post-placement visits by a social worker to confirm the baby is adjusting well. Finally, we assist in finalizing the adoption in court, securing your full parental rights and making your family complete.

We walk you through the process.

Adoption can seem like a complex process for adoptive families. At Florida Adoptions, we work directly with families to ensure they have all of the education and information every step of the way.
